I began my career in 2014, spending four years at a manufacturing company where I built a strong foundation in networking, Ubuntu server administration, and understanding business processes. I then transitioned to an FMCG company, focusing on system administration. Following that, I joined a textile company, where I expanded my expertise in project management and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
During the COVID-19 pandemic, I faced unemployment, which led me to pursue freelance opportunities to maintain and develop my skills. Eventually, I secured a role at a retail company, where I refined my proficiency in server management and Windows deployment.
I am currently employed at ECCO, a global leader in shoemaking, where I serve as a Global Service Desk supporter. My role involves extensive engagement with technical support, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Entra, and ServiceNow, allowing me to contribute to and learn from a dynamic IT environment.
