I began my career in 2014, spending four years at a manufacturing company where I built a strong foundation in networking, Ubuntu server administration, and understanding business processes. I then transitioned to an FMCG company, focusing on system administration. Following that, I joined a textile company, where I expanded my expertise in project management and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I faced unemployment, which led me to pursue freelance opportunities to maintain and develop my skills. Eventually, I secured a role at a retail company, where I refined my proficiency in server management and Windows deployment.

I later joined ECCO, a global leader in shoemaking, where I served as a Global Service Desk supporter, working extensively with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Entra, and ServiceNow.

I am currently employed at Unit4 as an Associate IT Service Desk Engineer in my first fully remote role, where I provide frontline IT support across a broad range of technical areas while coordinating with backend teams and contributing to internal documentation. I’m genuinely happy with this setup, as it allows me to grow professionally while maintaining flexibility.
